Tree removal and crown lifting in Whirlow, Sheffield

We recently worked on a tree removal and crown lifting in Whirlow, after liasing with the Sheffield planning department to ensure that the trees we were working on were not in a conservation area, or subject to any tree preservation orders.

Over the day we had various jobs to complete, including the dismantling of an apple tree, crown lifting of a cherry, and removal a small supressed oak tree. After these were completed we continued with the main part of the job - crown lifting two ash trees. The reduction in light penetration to the property caused by the ash trees was the main issue we were called upon to resolve. Having been previously reduced in height by a high pollard but no further works, our specifications to lift and thin the ash trees would give the desired increase in light that the client wanted.
