Beech reduction in Whirlow

We carried out work on a project in Whirlow, to reduce a Beech tree for a neighbour of a previous client of ours, who had very kindly recommended us.

The tree was in good health, and judging by the initial quotation with the client, it simply needed a crown reduction in order to to draw it away from the house and give more light to the rear of the house and garden.

We applied for permission for the work to take place through Sheffield Council, as the tree happened to be in the Fulwood Conservation Area. Permission for the Beech tree's crown reduction was granted, so we arranged a suitable date for the works to take place.

The tree reduction went well, utilising the rigging kit to lower off pieces on the house side, and removing all the branches via the field. Finally, we left the log wood cut to size for the client's use.

The client was really delighted with the end result of the reduction, giving them much more light to their garden, house and patio area.

Please do browse through our gallery of the removals, and check out all the other tree care services we offer.
